The semi-detached holiday home with two separate residential units is centrally located on a plot of approx. 700 m². The Müritz with its bathing beach, harbour, passenger boat landing stage and Müritz cycle path is about 500 m away. Restaurants are just a few hundred metres away. The semi-detached houses are about 40 square metres in size and offer space for 2 to 3 people. There is a living room (upholstered furniture with extra bed, flat-screen TV, dining area, radio), an open-plan kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (2 upholstered loungers) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The house is heated by central heating. A high chair and a cot can be provided for small children. There is also a small outdoor playground with a swing and slide, as well as a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, a bicycle/equipment shed (max. 3 bicycles) and parking spaces for each accommodation unit. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Klink is a state-recognised resort and is therefore subject to a visitor's tax (payable on site, information on the amount of the visitor's tax can be found on the local website). The state-approved resort of Klink - charmingly situated on an isthmus between the Müritz (Germany's largest inland lake) and the Kölpinsee - has developed into a popular holiday destination. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is only approx. 6 km away and can be easily reached by bus or boat, and Klink has a castle worth seeing, several bathing beaches, a landing stage for passenger boats, a marina, boat and bicycle hire, a miniature golf course, a salt cave, tennis and bowling facilities in winter, catering and shopping facilities, including a restaurant. The popular and well-known Müritz cycle route runs directly through the village and can be combined with trips on the passenger boat.
