Very nice and spacious, modern apartment in a new apartment block with security doors in a quiet area. No noise from neighbours .There's also a terrace facing the inside of the building. Good internet. Spacious bedrooms and lots of cupboard spaces. Good lightning. Toilet separate from the bathroom and 2 sinks. Close to public transport and shops and a huge flea market and quick to get to the centre of Paris. Public payable parking nearby and you can park in front of the building to load/ unload if you come by car. There was a microwave/ iron/ ironing board, kettle etc. which was great.
In general the conversation with the host was good although we didn't get the details on how to get in at the confirmed time, but 1,5 hours later which can be a problem when you have arrived and want to get in. There was only one key so we couldn't really split up as a group of 5. The washing machine was out of order ( they let us know before arrival) which was an inconvenience for us as we came from somewhere else and booked this place especially because it had a washing machine. The shower towels are hand towel size and apart from that there was only one more hand towel to share ( between 5). The shower head's holes were partly obstructed and water didn't come out properly and went all directions ( difficult to get wet). There were no instructions anywhere about how to work the automatic shutters ( with a remote control we couldn't find) so we left them half way up ( the way we found them) but luckily we found the WiFi code on a tiny sticker in the hallway. I had to ask for the checkout procedure the day before we left ( they probably would have sent them anyway), but all this information could be accessible in the apartment.

W wyposażeniu duża lodówka, piekarnik, mikrofala i płyta indukcyjna, a także wystarczająca ilość naczyń kuchennych.
Blisko do stacji metra, sklepów spożywczych i piekarni. Świetny kontakt i bardzo pomocna obsługa - odpowiedź niemalże od razu :-)
Do wymiany słuchawka pod prysznicem - brak ciśnienia wody powodował wyłączanie się piecyka :-/

Location was good shops nearby good value for money host was good at communicating
The boiler kept turning off and there was a fault showing, had to keep restarting which wasn’t great, the tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t have a remote so couldn’t watch tv

Pannid võiks välja vahetada, Mõnus, suur külmkapp aga jäämasin oli kinni külmunud , vist vähesest kasutamisest. Kellale võiks uue patarei panna.
