This cottage is a farmhouse, ideal for a stay with family, friends, or business. It is located in Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire, approximately 40 kilometers from Orléans, on the "Loire à Vélo" route, in an area listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This charming village was recognized as a "Village of Character of the Loiret" in 2020. This Loire town, over 1,400 years old, is intimately linked to the history of its Fleury Abbey.
The surrounding area offers numerous activities, including a visit to the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, exploring the oratory of Germigny-des-Prés, hiking in the magnificent Orléans Forest, and the opportunity to take a traditional boat trip on the Loire with the Passeurs de Loire.
Whether you want to discover the region's history and culture or enjoy the surrounding nature, this cottage is an ideal starting point for all your adventures in the Loiret region. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds, two 140x190cm double beds, a private bathroom with a 90x90cm shower, double sink, and a separate toilet.

Private terrace. Shared driveway and approximately 1,000 m² shared garden with the second adjoining cottage on site, which can accommodate up to 6 people (there are two interconnecting closed doors between the two cottages).
All-inclusive rate: sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, towels included, and end-of-stay cleaning included. Electricity for heating and all household appliances is included, up to a limit of 16 kWh per day. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure.
