Location and access to the old city of Orleans. Checking in process was simple and the host extremely quick to respond

Great idea on the key code - nice and easy to remember.
We loved the little bars on the street as we were able to leave the kids happy in the room and go for a drink (they are mid teens not little kids!)
Close to restaurants and bars but not too loud, as down the street.
Provided enough coffee pods for us both to have a few coffees! Thanks!
All very clean.
Parking in centre of town was a bit pricey, and also EV charging was high price, but this isn't the property's fault! We just didn't research the walk, and it was about 10 mins with our baggage and kids to get to the property, so couldn't easily pop back to get anything ! Just had to think carefully about what we needed for our one night stay.
We had to sleep in the same room as our kids, which we hadn't realised, so all 4 beds in one room (1 double and 2 twin).

It's in the middle of Orleans, within a few hundred steps of the cathedral with everything interesting within easy reach.
Very difficult climb up the stairs to the second floor, and then a truly steep climb to the attic, where all the beds are located.

Location was right in the heart so if you are after restaurant and bar culture this place is great. It was clean, but kind of the bare minimum for an air bnb. Add up to 18€ per day parking if you are driving.
The coded entrance is a good system.
Photos are of all the different rooms on the main page. This was a little misleading as the bigger rooms photos are mixed with the smaller rooms with no indication which is which until you click through to room selection. Suggest adding names on photos for clarity.
It is noisy. The windows are pretty good at blocking the noise but with no air-conditioning if it is hot then the room heats up. Have to chose between crazy loud or crazy hot.
Had to make the bed top sheet ourselves.
