About this cottage rental
In a peaceful setting, in the heart of the medieval quarter, this typical detached stone house is located on the host's property, between Tours and Le Mans, close to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, La Flèche Zoo (25 minutes), near the Bercé Forest and its many trails, the Château du Lude, and within an hour of the Loire Valley châteaux and the region's main vineyards. An ideal location for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts at the local lake. Nestled in an orchard, the cottage sits on a beautiful private estate with mature trees and flowers.
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people.
Equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher)

Living room: 1 sofa bed (140x190cm), smart TV, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray player available upon request. 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190cm), 1 sitting area, reading nook on the mezzanine, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, towel warmer
1 laundry room with washing machine, toilet, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner
Pellet stove heating, 1 bag of pellets provided for 2 days during the colder months. (Pellet dispenser in the town center)
Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
Relaxation area under the trees.
Outdoor jacuzzi available upon request from April to October (with a €10 charge per use)

7000m² grounds shared with the owners. A mandatory cleaning fee of 50 euros applies.
Small pets are welcome, but only with prior agreement from the owners (pets must not be left unattended in the cottage).
The GPS will take you to the first gate of the property. Continue to the wash house where the second gate is located. Please call us so we can come and open it for you.
