About this cottage rental
À la ferme du Bonheur is the ideal place to discover the Alpes Mancelles and the Sarthe region. Just 5 minutes away is Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, a beautiful medieval village, voted the 2nd most beautiful village in France in 2021. Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, is 15 minutes away. The center of Le Mans is a 30-minute drive. Sillé-le-Guillaume and its lake (Coco Plage) are 20 minutes away.
The gîte is located next to our dairy farm. You are welcome to visit the farm and participate in the milking during your stay.
The cottage is a former farmhouse that was renovated in the summer of 2021. - 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180-200cm)
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90-200cm)
Bedroom 3: two single beds (90-200cm)

So beautiful. This remote but close to Le Mans farmhouse was quiet, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was fully loaded with quality plates, glassware and small appliances. The hosts have a lot of kids gear too and high quality (crib, high chair and bathtub).The daily cow visits were a treat too!

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. Gîte rural moderne, charmant, spacieux, très propre avec tout le confort pour vivre dans cet espace chaleureux. Bonne literie. Je recommande vivement ce séjour à la campagne pour connaître également le travail de la traite des vaches. Impressionnant.
