There are 3 double bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a corner bath, shower, and a toilet. The apartment also includes heating, a south-facing balcony, a patio, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and a portable barbecue.
