Beautiful independent cottage overlooking its terrace and adjoining orchard, equipped for 1 to 4 people.
This apartment offers all the comfort, in a simple and refined way.
Prepared especially for your comfort, you will find an ideal holiday resort, to enjoy our beautiful nature, take the time to live pleasantly in this cozy cocoon of greenery, and make some local getaways.
New apartment, comfortable, quiet and Zen
All amenities nearby (supermarket, butcher, bakery, cheese, pharmacy, doctors, etc.).
Come to rest serenely,
and discover our beautiful Franche-Comté,
its enchanting forests and mountains,
the Source de la Loue, Source du Lison, during outings and hikes.
(Via ferrata, tree climbing, fishing, canoeing, etc.).
Its culinary specialties await you (Sausage of Morteau,
Comté, Morbier, Cancoillotte, Jura wines, Pontarlier, etc).
As well as his talents (agriculture, watchmaking, eyewear, etc.), and his
architectural heritage (Grande Saline de Salins-les-Bains, as well as its salt water baths, the Saline d'Arc-et-Senans, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the picturesque town of Ornans, the city of Besançon with its fortifications and the Citadel of Vauban, etc.).
In addition to the tourist documentation already present at the cottage, we will be happy to advise you for your local discoveries according to your desires and passions.
In winter at altitude: Ski resort, sledge, snowshoes
In summer: hiking and mountain biking, tourism culture and nature.
HOUSING:
The accommodation is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, integrated oven with fan, fridge and freezer, dishwasher,
kettle, coffee maker, microwave.
All crockery is available.
You have a table with tablecloth for your stay, 4 chairs with cushions, as well as an apron, manics and a tea towel.
A beautiful independent room with double bed (new bedding), bedside tables and lamps. A large integrated shelf will allow you to store all your belongings during your stay. The room overlooks the terrace and the orchard. You enjoy the song of birds, nature at your door and the fresh fresh air of middle mountain.
A mini-lounge with sofa, cushions, plaid, offers you a cozy corner of rest, nap, reading, with a new large screen TV.
This space allows to sleep 2 travelers on a sofa bed convertible completely new, with quality bultex mattress.
All bed linen, towels and kitchen towel are provided.
Washing is guaranteed at 60°C with ecological laundry.
The adjoining bathroom has a sink with hand soap available, storage cabinet and vanity, to store your personal toiletries. Shower gel is present.
The walk-in shower is bright and fully tiled in beige.
The bathroom has a suspended toilet.
The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace in imitation wood slabs, with panoramic views of the orchard. You have a garden table and 4 folding chairs.
We offer, for those interested, a visit of our organic farm in production of organic milk in Comté and organic potatoes.
For any specific need we are at your disposal!

Passenger access
You have enjoyment of the entire housing which is independent.
Access is in autonomy, you get an arrival with key box, in case of night arrival following your trip.
For your arrival, your time will be ours, the key waiting for you under code.
A parking space or more is right next door.
All equipment for children is available on request (high chair, cot, bath).
For children, books and games are available on site to have activities on site, and for different ages.
Additional equipment is available on
request (iron, etc).
For your arrival, a small refreshment can wait for you, but we will discuss it according to your tastes... ;)
Departures will be expected around 10am.
This cottage being new, you will be privileged to enjoy this little corner of paradise, and we will be delighted to meet you.

Depending on the number of people, a supplement is required beyond 1 person. This is make automaticaly with your reservation.
