Gîte Fanoli presents this peaceful 60 m² stone house in Molamboz, accommodating up to 5 guests, perfect for any season.
Layout:
1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and a 90x190 cm single bed,
1 living room with a convertible sofa for extra sleeping (140x190 cm),
1 fully equipped kitchen,
1 renovated bathroom with walk-in shower.
You'll also find a wood-burning fireplace, a barbecue, and, on request, multi-crepe, fondue, and raclette appliances.
The garden is ideal for relaxing, dining, playing, or barbecuing, with lovely views of the grounds, a fish pond, and surrounding fields.
Several parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Optional, not mandatory: bed linen and towel rental, and end-of-stay cleaning service, all available for an extra fee.
Located at the edge of the village, the house offers a very peaceful setting, perfect for recharging. Board games, books, a DVD player with many DVDs are provided (no TV channels). 4G is available in the village, and WiFi is accessible on the owners’ terrace. Food and household products are included. Baby equipment is available free of charge on request.
Many hiking trails start from the house, and bike paths are nearby. A bike storage room can be provided. The Cuisance River is 1 km away for fishing enthusiasts. There is a takeaway pizzeria in the village.
Pets are welcome, provided you bring their bed and bowl, they are not left alone in the house, and for an extra fee.
Events are not allowed on the property.
