House was clean and beds were comfy. Only thing good to know ahead of time is 3 flights of stairs that are very steep.

This place is just as advertised. A block from the beach in Lincoln City so it’s close to Newport, Yachats, Tillamook etc. the apartment itself is up to date, well furnished. I love that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. All in all it was perfect for our needs. Be aware that it does require a bit of stair climbing which is not a problem for us. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to perhaps provide a book with resources, restaurant recommendations, and other “FAQ’s”. We would definitely stay here again.
