With 260 m² of living space, the villa comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests. It features three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms offer comfortable double beds, while the third has twin beds that can be joined upon request. The ground floor rooms enjoy beautiful sea views. An additional sofa bed on the gallery provides sleeping space for two more guests, making the villa ideal for families or groups of friends. The spacious living room with a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere year-round, while the dining area with seating for eight and the fully equipped kitchen provide everything needed for relaxed gatherings.
