The second roofed terrace is at the back of the house with an outside dining area and BBQ station. Property is fully fenced with a garden of 1000m2, big heated swimming pool, sun loungers, outside shower and private parking. This beautiful and spacious Villa is created for a family or friends who want to enjoy pure nature. Pine trees will give you dose of Mediterranean peace and relaxation. Guests can make some daily trips to Zadar and its surroundings, which offer a excursion that will satisfy history lovers. The historic core of Zadar is more than 3000 years old.
