Nimporio Villa is an incredible traditional residence newly renovated, located in the heart of Nimporio area in Symi. The villa offers an incredible sea view and 2 stunning verandas with uninterrupted views to the magnificent blue waters of Nimporio and the unique multi-colored houses of the island. It accommodates perfectly up to 8 guests.
Nimporio villa offers 3 bedrooms with a double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation as well as a living room with a smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix. Also, there are two bathrooms with shower.Outdoors, you will find a beautifully furnished veranda with sitting area where you can relax while staring at the stunning atmosphere of Symi and the traditional Nimporio harbor. The view is enchanting, especially on the golden hour. Famous Giala beach is only 120 meters, there is also a beach bar.
The house is found nearby in Nimporio area. Thanks to its unique picturesque scenery and ambiance, Symi attracts people from all over the world. As you enter the harbor of Gialos by ferry or cruise ship, the imposing homes of this colorful traditional settlement create a breathtaking scene. On the other side of the island, youll find Taxiarchis Michael of Panormitis, the monastery that houses the icon of the famous miracle worker saint. Indeed many travel to Symi to light a candle and say a prayer in hope that the saint will gran? them their wishes.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 2EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 0.50EUR per night

Symi is such a beautiful place to visit. We like Nimborio because it takes us out of the hustle and bustle of the town but is close enough to walk to. Take decent shoes. There are three tavernas and one hotel restaurant near by. The walk into town over the top takes 30 minutes and the longer road route is about 40 to the same area.The property work well for us and our friends who are a couple. It’s clean and tidy with the cleaner coming in three time while we were there for the two weeks. Welcome pack was very helpful to have, taxi to the ferry was easy to organise through just and they did not let us down. Also the neighbour downstairs is lovely. Recommended so much we’ve booked again for next year.

This is actually two separate properties which are connected via the outside terrace (which is inaccessible from outside the property and completely private). One side contains the living/kitchen space, a bathroom and a mezzanine with very restricted head height; the other contains two bedrooms, a better mezzanine and another bathroom.Occupying it just as a couple, this arrangement worked fairly well, although some attention needs to be paid to the locks on the terrace doors as it is possible to find yourself locked out on the terrace. This could be remedied with a different design for the locks on these doors.The location is just lovely with an excellent beach (with beach bar) just a stroll away, the nearby Niriides hotel and Metapontis Taverna both doing excellent evening meals. There is also a regular and inexpensive boat shuttle from the Metapontis to the main harbour. It stops at 6pm so an evening out requires a taxi back.The road from the house to the main harbour is really good - we hired e-bikes, and is also walkable in the cooler evening providing stunning views. It takes about 30 mins to walk to town.The property itself had comfy beds and excellent water pressure in the showers. It was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated.A delightful place to stay - highly recommended.
