Experience luxury mountainside living in this newly remodeled 4-bed, 2.5-bath, 2700 sq ft home nestled on a tranquil 2.5-acre estate in Aptos (#231322). Just minutes from Rio Del Mar State Beach and The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park, this retreat offers endless outdoor adventures. Enjoy the expansive back deck featuring an outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, and lush garden. Inside, relish panoramic ocean views, and a chef's kitchen. Close to shopping and dining!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests
- 4 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queen, & 2 Twin size beds
- 2.5 bathrooms
- This home has 2 reserved parking spots in a spacious private driveway.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker and Breville Espresso Machine
- Living room with ocean views
- Backyard with hot tub, BBQ, firepit, and plenty of outdoor seating
- For safety, the fireplaces are not operable.

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
- Most of the pillows and comforters in the home is down alternative, but there are a few goose down pillows.

This charming town boasts a laid-back vibe, a mix of boutique shops, and a vibrant dining scene, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.
This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

We had a great time at this house. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I was impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was. We did a lot of cooking, and it had everything we needed. Even tupperware for leftovers, which I almost never see at rental houses. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and the views from the deck and the glass sliding door surrounding the livingroom on three sides were gorgeous. We saw deer, turkeys, hawks, and rabbits, in addition to all of the songbirds right from the yard. Be prepared for a steep drive up hill, though.

Definitely a home we would want to rent for a longer period in the future. It was well equipped and great for our family. Love location near Nisene Marks and so close to the beach. It was beautiful and clean.
