This elegant apartment in the luxury chalet “Baita Treeb Tramontana” offers a stunning view of Lake Como and is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort, privacy, and nature. Located in Civenna, a peaceful mountain village near Bellagio with essential shops and services.
Set over two levels, it accommodates up to 5 guests and features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Included amenities: free Wi-Fi, TV, and high chair.
Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace, garden, and barbecue area—ideal for relaxing with a lake view. From June, a traditional heated Finnish wooden tub is available in the garden for hot or cold baths (shared use, max 8 people).
Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces, free public parking nearby, storage for motorcycles and bicycles, and an electric vehicle charging station (available from April 2024). E-bikes can be rented for an extra fee.
The property offers experiences such as hiking, cooking classes, and e-bike tours. No pets allowed. No smoking. Air conditioning not available. Extra cleaning on request, available for an extra fee. Security systems as required by current regulations.
