This was a stand alone property - not a hotel, so no breakfast provided, but the owner did provide a nice snack and a huge bottle of champagne which was quite a nice thing to do. There is a nice market just a few minutes walk away, nice bar and restaurants also easily walkable from the Villa, and also very close to the Ferry to Bellagio and every other port on the lake. This property is a neighbor to the famous Villa former German Chancellor Konrad Adenour summered in numerous times during his term and after and gives you an inkling as to what a fine neighborhood and property this Villa is -- world class.
We have stayed here before and it was just as lovely as last time and we would stay here again witout hesitation; this is just one of the finest properties one could hope to find at an incredible destination to be able to travel to.

الفيلا كبيره وتصلح لعائلة كبيره يوجد بها ثلاث غرف نوم و ثلاث حماما، غرفتين نوم بالطابق الاول مع حمامين وغرفة في البدروم مع حمام، الدور الارضي صالتين جلوس والمطبخ، ويوجد حديقة للفيلا ومنها يوجد ممر تنزل منه الى البحيرة والشارع العام وقريبه جدا من محطة العبارة خمس دقائق مشي، يوجد موقفين سيارات للفيلا من الخلف وتنزل درج الى الفيلا، عموما فيلا رائعة وموقع رائع واشكر سيمونا ولينا على تعاونهم الدائم وخصوصا سيمونا
لا تنسى يكون معك كاش لانك ستدفع مبلغ بسيط ضرائب للمدينة عند تسجيل الدخل للفيلا
ولا تنسى تجيب معاك شطافات للحمامات
Lovely Villa with great location,, special thanks to Simona for her great support all the time, and thank you Lina for welcoming us and explain to us about the Villa facilities.
Some construction is going in the area but not big deal as we spent most of the day outside the Villa.
