About this house rental
The Malthouse is a 200 year old Brewery located in the heart of Kingsbridge offering expansive accommodation for up to 8. Deceptively large, the house skillfully blends Scandinavian minimalism with absolute comfort with multiple seating areas and calming bedrooms. Centrally located, guests can access fabulous restaurants, pubs and the waterfront a few steps from the front door. The property has 1 allocated parking space and Salcombe and the local sandy beaches are only a short drive away.

- 4 bedrooms. 1 x King, 1 x Super king, 2 twin rooms. Please note that the twin beds can be Super kings on request but will be singles as standard.
- 4 x bathrooms. 2 x En suite shower rooms, 1 x Family bathroom & 1 shower room.

- Cinema room lounge on lower floor and second lounge area on the top floor.

About a holiday in the South Hams
The South Hams is famously one of the most beautiful parts of the UK and a popular holiday destination. Kingsbridge is a historic market town that also has the benefit of having an active residential community, giving rise to a welcoming, warm atmosphere, and lots of boutique shops and restaurants to explore. The apartment is perfectly positioned just a few steps from the popular Crabshell Inn – a gastro pub that’s well known for its fresh baked pizzas, its daytime deli lunches and as the perfect spot for a sunset drink. It’s also just a five minute (flat) walk along the water’s edge to the centre of town. Kingsbridge is only a short drive from the sailing town of Salcombe as well as a variety of beautiful beaches including Bantham, North Sands, South Milton and many more.
