Handicap room was a long walk, was pricey, and not much within walking distance.

It was a clean, comfortable room, and the staff was very helpful and nice.

I have stayed in Holiday Inns that are so much nicer. The room was far too pricey for the poor accommodations, which were directly under a noisy weight room. The TV worked sporadically as it struggled to find a signal. It's not in a neighborhood that is good for walking around. I liked the fact that it had two pools when I booked because I like to swim laps, but the indoor pool temp was too warm for lap swimming. I didn't bother to go in the outdoor pool, as it was overcrowded with small children, because of the ratio of urine to chlorine. This is billed as a boutique hotel with spa-like amenities when in reality it's just a busy health club with a hotel. The only thing boutique about this hotel is the fact that they call it boutique so they can charge a ridiculous amount of money. I was in town for a wedding and just needed a place to stay that was near the wedding venue, and that is the purpose this hotel served. It just wasn't a unique or fun experience.
