Relaxation awaits at our pool and hot tub oasis located in Ashtabula! This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open ~mid May to mid October) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year). Please note that this is a saltwater pool.
The Space:
Relaxation awaits at our pool and hot tub oasis located in Ashtabula! This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open ~mid May to September) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year). Please note that our pool is a saltwater pool.
The kitchen features quartz countertops and plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals. The dining room has seating for 8. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace for those cooler nights. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a full bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom equipped with a king bed, TV, and a desk when you have to bring work with you. The partially finished basement features a pull out full couch (small but perfect for 2 kids or 1 adult),, 2 arcade games, foosball, and a retro Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and plenty of game options.
Pet friendly with a max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

🚫 No diving or jumping
🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub
🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub
🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

This home was everything we needed for our Mini-moon! The house was warm, decorated beautifully and spacious. Our favorite part was the hot tub outside in the private backyard and the arcade room! The host, Dan, was prompt with communication and was extremely helpful! We can’t wait to stay again!

Very beautiful home and very deceiving from the front of the house. When driving up, it looks small, but then you go in and it is a very unique layout with a lot of room you would not think of when seeing it from the front. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and heated perfectly. And my husband and I play the Ms. Pacman machine and are now buying one for our house...a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautifully decorated home in a wonderful neighborhood. Minutes to Walnut Beach! Excellent communication from our host; Dan cares about his guests and that they enjoy their stay. The game room was a great bonus. The pool was too cold to swim but definitely not anyone’s fault but Mother Nature. It’s been a terribly cold spring which made the hot tub perfect! I will definitely stay here again! Also, the backyard fence gives great privacy!

Great quiet place to get away for a few days and unwind. The pool and hot tub were great. The pool heater was a great choice for our cool Ohio weather.
