About this villa rental
This welcoming multi-level villa on Strada Comunale di Celli 50‑54 in Peccioli accommodates families and groups. The ground floor includes an entrance, a living room with flatscreen satellite TV, fireplace, seating, and DVD player; a dining room; and a kitchen fitted with hob, boiling water tap, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and fridge‑freezer. There’s a double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers and bidets on this level. Upstairs, three further bedrooms offer different bed configurations and two more bathrooms with showers. The top floor hosts a second living area. Practical extras include a washing machine, central heating, air conditioning, and ironing facilities.
Outside, the villa sits in a fenced 5,000 m² garden with furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, private parking, and a covered terrace. Guests can enjoy a private 20 × 8 m pool (open from mid‑May to end‑August), plus boules court, table tennis, play equipment, bicycles, football goal, ironing board, and iron, perfect for mixed-age outdoor fun.
The villa is only 4 km from Fabbrica’s horse‑riding centre and 12 km from the Castelfalfi golf course. Forest walks begin just 100 m away. Peccioli is famous for its open‑air contemporary art museum (MACCA), featuring over 70 large-scale installations across its rolling hills
