Appartement très confortable, bien chauffé, situé dans un quartier paisible et aéré, avec une vue dégagée. Connexion facile avec la gare par tram (où on paye le trajet en CB, pratique) Avec distributeur de monnaie et tous commerces proches. Proximité d'un grand jardin et d'un bois au coin de la rue.

Le studio est spacieux, bien aménagé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Grande TV dans la pièce principale. Il y avait tous les ustensiles nécessaires dans la cuisine, ainsi que quelques produits de première nécessité (sel, poivre, sucre, farine, ...)
Bien que le radiateur soit bien ouvert, nous avons eu froid par moment. J'ai trouvé que l'on entendait fort le bruit de la circulation. Des rideaux seraient probablement les bienvenus pour éviter les regards intrusifs des voisins de l'immeuble d'en face.

Traffic Noise; Broken kitchen tap. No welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. Shower in bath tub. Most ennoying, not a single line of advice which of the 3 apartments of 6th floor was the one booked for. Lounge/Bedroom not heated!!! A general feeling of meaness.
