Si tratta di un appartamento all'ultimo piano di una palazzina residenziale (con ascensore). La casa è completa di tutto ciò che serve ed arredata bene. La cucina è completa e attrezzata, il bagno pulito e funzionale.

La camera da letto è poco spaziosa (soprattutto considerando la quantità di spazio riservata alle altre stanze. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, ha qualche difficoltà a comunicare in inglese, ma usando i traduttori si fa tutto tranquillamente. Da notare: la struttura è un po' fuori dal centro, quindi avere un mezzo proprio è importante.
