Excellent location, at the very centre of the town. View is fantastic because the apartment is on the X floor, on the roof. Host is very nice and communication was excellent.
Windows are little bit old and somewhat harder to open. There is no exit to the roof. There is no hairdryer (but if you are there for a short stay, it's not a problem).

The bathroom is newly renovated. The apartment is on the 11th floor with a fantastic view of the city, it has central heating and is warm.
The elevator goes to the 10th floor and you can hear the mechanical parts moving at night. The transformer station for the building is next to the apartment, so we could hear the hammering of the electricity all night. Between that and the elevator, we didn't get much sleep. The apartment was dusty and there is some water damage. The apartment was recently partially renovated, but you can still smell the mold. They still have some work to do.
