Appartement bien équipé propre et un super resto à seulement 150m. Le gros plus est de pouvoir rentrer les motos dans la cour intérieure.

Manque d'entretien des locaux (volets abimés, placard de la cuisine près à tomber, etc...). Quantité de vaisselle vraiment limite. Ustensiles de cuisine sales et en mauvais état. Accès à la place de parking réellement fait pour une PETITE voiture.

L'appartement est spacieux.
On ne peut pas rentrer la voiture dans la petite cours. Il y a un mur devant qui empêche de manœuvrer. Pas de place dans la rue. Il faut aller sur un parking beaucoup plus loin. En plus le vendredi ce même parking accueille le marché. Tout est très bien mais réservé ce logement pour la place de parking et finalement se retrouver a devoir se garer loin.,...

Appartement spacieux et pratique. Chauffage et eau chaude ok. Lits OK.
Manque de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Pas de faitout pour faire la cuisine. Casseroles extrêmement usées. Pas de bols ou mugs. Fermetures de certains volets à réparer. Manque d'aération dans la salle de bain, moisissures au plafond ...
