St John's Apartments

The location was great, very central opposite the museum. The apartment was very comfortable for a night’s stay. There were very clear directions and instructions for access given prior to arrival. I wasn’t sure if I needed to do anything on checkout as there was no information, so I just left it tidy. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay.

Almost every unit in the apartment was wobbly. The screws simply need tightening, especially the loo roll holder which wobbled all over the place when trying to get paper off the roll. The units looked to be good quality but their wobbly nature made them feel lower end. The lounge window doesn’t stay open so it may be that the catch needs fixing. It was warm and windy but the window kept banging so I had to close it. I am very pinickity about cleanliness and a few bits could have been cleaner (bits on the floor and sofa/a couple of towels were marked).

The apartment was very clean, it has everything we need. Great location just in the heart of Perth. Owner was super helpful he was in touch 24/7. We really enjoyed our stay

There is no lift in the building that could be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage

I didnt like :The Owner was rude, overwhelming and Unprofessional throughout my stay. I Couldn't get into the security box. He never helped with check in and came along once phoned to tell me this was a self catering accommodation. The place was dirty, dusty and so uncomfortable. No hot water and not able to access television or appliances throughout chalet.

Nothing particularly that I liked or enjoyed. Very disappointed and a horrible experience. I booked this to relax.
