The place was clean and the facilities were good. Felt secure with code entry on the street and code entry on door to room. The bed seeed very hard when you first sat on it but was actually quite comfy and was clean. Despite being so close to the rail line it didn’t really cause much disturbance during the night.
The room was cold though and the radiator did not seem to work. Instructions on how to get it on would have been beneficial or potentially it is broken and needs looking at.

Esta muy bien todo en general, muy limpio y cómodo.
Solo destacaría la ducha que no había manera de poner el agua caliente y se escucha todo pero para unos días esta muy bien.

The location was perfect, with easy/fast access to central London.
The room was optimized in terms of space.
Comfortable bed and lining.
Low price.
incorrect instructions to get the key led us to end up with the keys of another room (but this was dealt with very quickly).
quite noisy from the street (window not really isolating)
Kitchen equipment is very basic : microwave and kettle only, no cooking appliance, pans or anything
we had a leak problem in the bathroom which was dealt with after 2 days, meanwhile we couldn't use the sink.
