La déco a été réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Appartement très fonctionnel et très propre. Les lits étaient faits à l'arrivée. La facilité pour se garer. Le calme environnant. Tout ce qui est sel, poivre, liquides vaisselle, éponges,capsules pour le café, l'eau fraiche dans le frigo, les petites madeleines etc ... est présent dans la cuisine.
Le seul petit problème peut être l'escalier. Aucun problème pour des jeunes personnes, peut présenter quelques difficultés pour des personnes plus âgées.
