Spacious with 3 toilets. Nice outdoor area. Nice living areas. Owners helpful and lovely to deal with. Great value for 4 people
Some minor maintenence needed. 1 bedroom had sliding door difficult to open as old. Another had no hanging space- suggest a coat rack. Cobwebs and dust and some surface grime on walls.

This property was great for a family stay due to the size, facilities and location for what we in Hobart for. We were there for the racetrack at Baskerville and it was such a good location for it. It was handy to shops for groceries, we went to the brewery just across the marina and it wasn't far into the city or North Hobart for restaurants and shopping. We had a hire car to get around, I am not sure about public transport around this location. The home was cosy, warm with heaters in each room (winter-ish stay for us) and the kitchen and laundry were great for self care.
