La situation idéale entre la gare et la plage, le petit jardin, la grande superficie du logement
L'isolation du logement est faible. il manque une chaine de télévision en Français. il manque un presse-citron et un couteau épluche légume;

Nous avons eu un problème de chasse d'eau à l'arrivée, un samedi soir et l'hôte a été très réactif. Nous l'en remercions. Le logement est bien placé, entre la gare (point de départ vers les "cinq terre" ) et la plage (avec ses magnifiques couchers de soleil ) , prés des commerces. Il est spacieux, idéal pour une famille. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter du petit jardin : un + pour les soirées d'été.

Appart très propre et très bien placé dans une ville très agréable proche de la gare pour visiter les Cinque terre. Levanto est un village animé et calme.
Pour information manque une cafetière pour 4 personnes et petites cuillères., 1 seule petite cuillère les autres en plastique... Nous avons été obligé d'acheter un porte filtre et s'organiser pour le café.
