About this apartment rental
Nice two-room apartment, equipped with 6 beds, consisting of bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, living room with two-seater sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The house is on the hill 800 m from the sea and has a numbered parking space.
The habitable balcony enjoys a splendid view of the gulf.
The prices per week are inclusive of management costs and final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels is included.
Due to its position, the house is quiet and allows you to enjoy the splendid Mediterranean environment in which it is immersed.
From Levanto, in addition to being the ideal place to stay on the beach, you can make splendid trips on foot on the paths between the Cinque Terre. These excursions can be made starting directly on foot from Levanto or through the comfortable train that leaves from the Levanto railway station.
Also recommended are the daily boat trips that leave from Levanto and touch the five lands to the "Gulf of poets" (La Spezia).

Nice scenic views of the ocean and Levanto from the apartment's outside porch, good if you’re going to lounge in the apartment for a few days. Windows have screens, which is rare in Europe. But it’s isolated from the town up a steep hill. No microwave, no clothes dryer. Not convenient if you don't have a car. Walking up the steep hill to the apartment 1 km is difficult. You probably won't make it up unless you can run 5 miles. Italy basically doesn’t allow Uber, so you have to call a taxi. After the taxi drops you off, there are still about 1 flight of stairs outside to get to the entrance door. Walking downhill from the apartment to town is possible if you don’t have luggage and are in average condition. However if you take the steps to shorten the distance, instead of the narrow winding road, many of the steps have uneven rocks so you have to be careful not to twist your ankle or hip. Thank goodness, there are 2 taxi companies in town, Edoardo and Mirko. Edoardo could not pick us up the day we arrived, so we used Mirko the whole time during our 3 night stay. Mirko’s company was good, spoke enough English, only took about 15 minutes to arrive, and came right on time when we scheduled the day before for our early morning trip to the train station. They have more than one white Mercedes van with a Taxi sign on top (we saw at least 2). There’s a sign in the taxi that says Levanto minimum taxi fare is 10 Euros; it cost 15 Euros to our location out of town and up
