Style over substance. Not enough cutlery or crockery. Heating didn’t work in one bedroom. But company did offer to move us

The call centre staff in London were really helpful. Unfortunately they were let down by the extremely poor standard of the three different apartments we stayed at during a four night stay.
We moved apartments three times in four nights due to many issues. The list of issues were too numerous to list here and would extend to more than an A4 page.
