Super schöne große Wohnung. Ich habe die Wohnung angemietet um meinen Mann zum 40. zu überraschen, seine Freunde die nicht in Leipzig wohnen haben dort übernachtet. Es gibt eine funktionierende Küche und einen sehr großen Esstisch. Super waren auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt ist.
Vollgeschmiertes und dreckiges Treppenhaus. Keine funktionierende Klingel, im Bad roch es die ganze Zeit unangenehm.

Viel Platz. Balkon. Straßenbahn vor der Tür.
Treppenhaus stinkt vormittags extrem und ist mit Sperrmüll und radikalen Graffiti voll. Küchenarmatur nicht befestigt, Geschirrspüler geht nicht ganz auf, manche Lichtschalter gehen nicht. Matratze extrem weich oder durch gelegen. Straße sehr laut.
