Échange facile avec le propriétaire. Appartement calme et confortable.

De bedden lagen goed en de woonkamer zag er netjes uit.
Veel achterstallig onderhoud, geen doortrek, eea nog niet gekit, douchegordijn hing los, geen wc papier houder, overal miste van alles en slecht afgewerkt. Buiten onwijs veel katten met soort kattenbakken die geur was echt enorm. Als je je kamerraam open deed rook je de kattengeur zo enorm. Dit moet echt gereinigd worden en onderhouden worden. Jammer dat we na veel pogingen geen wifi hadden het lijkt erop dat ze geen wifi hebben want alle codes die ze stuurde werkte niet. Trap naar boven was echt vies stonk ook. Buiten raam Luik was kapot daardoor was de kamer niet donker.Hier moet echt onderhoud plaatsvinden.

Grand espace à vivre, parking public juste en face de l'appartement gratuit.
Manque d'équipement et de rangements, rue bruyante (livraison de debit de boisson à 3h du matin), internet non disponible, fuite d'eau au plafond dans le salon, douche pas nettoyée depuis les précédents locataires (calcaire, bouteilles de shampooing vide, tapis sale)
