L’appartamento è appena stato ristrutturato, è molto bello, luminoso, non manca nulla. È in un quartiere residenziale a 15 minuti dal mare, a 5 minuti c è un grande supermercato, ristoranti, servizi vari. Ha un parcheggio privato (attenzione se la vostra auto è molto bassa), ma nella via ci sono sempre molti parcheggi in quanto è decentrato e quindi non c’è problema x l’auto. Volendo c’è anche la fermata dell’autobus a pochi metri di distanza. Cucina attrezzata, non manca nulla. Appartamento molto silenzioso. Check in si fa in autonomia, host sempre disponibile e gentile.
È solo un suggerimento e non una critica. Ci vorrebbe maggiore attenzione nelle pulizie che sono molto sommarie. Abbiamo trovato delle stoviglie sporche all’interno degli armadietti (tazze sporche di caffè, posate sporche nel cassetto). Il balconcino sul retro era molto sporco così come l’armadio in bagno dove si trova l’asciugacapelli. Mancava anche il sapone per le mani (c’era un dispenser ma vuoto). Anche tutti i vari profumatori in giro per la casa erano vuoti. È un vero peccato perché mancherebbe davvero poco per renderlo perfetto, ripeto che ci siamo trovati molto bene, ma per la cifra che viene richiesta bisogna prestare più attenzione anche a questi dettagli.

The apartment was clean, quite new and easy to get to. We were two adults and two teenagers. The place had all essentials for making food and cleaning clothes ++. A quiet and safe neighbourhood about 1km easy walk to town and the train station. Definitely a positive experience.
The owner was very helpful.

Mancava bagnoschiuma per fare la doccia. Non avevamo capito che il divano letto fosse nella stessa stanza del matrimoniale, non è un problema ma poteva essere specificato
