駅近。アパルトマンにある設備は、長期滞在に不足ありませんでした。何よりも、ベランダで寛ぐ日暮の時間が最高でした。滞在を延長させてもらいました。

Good location near Orléans station. I particularly enjoyed breakfast (and the occasional glass of wine) on the balcony overlooking the city. There was a powerful shower, a large comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen with a plentiful supply of coffee pods. The host was friendly and always available.
Advice on accessing the apartment from the street (eg. the sentence from the excellent welcome folder) could be included in the check-in instructions. The décor could perhaps benefit from a refresh.

Apesar do apartamento estar no centro, era necessário caminhar 30 minutos (15 ida + 15 volta) para recolher as chaves com o dono de um mercado. Estas informações não estavam visíveis no anúncio antes de efetuarmos a reserva.
A água quente não funcionou durante a estadia. Informamos ao Anfitrião que responsabilizou o condomínio e não nos deu nenhuma solução.
Limpeza poderia ser melhorada. Utensílios de cozinha sujos, bancada da cozinha suja. Sujeira nas paredes. Travesseiros muito moles. Anfitrião pede que os hóspedes passem aspirador de pó antes de sair da casa.
