Le logement est bien situé. On peut se rendre en ville à pied. La boulangerie est aussi à proximité, l'église est juste à côté. Le coin est calme. La place de parking est bienvenue. Le personnel est très réactif.
Il manque des éléments dans la cuisine. Le ménage gagnerait à être plus sérieux notamment dans la salle de bain où il a fallu nettoyer le lavabo. Les placards de cuisine ne sont pas très propres.

A pleasant and spacious apartment, located on the ground floor with private parking conveniently accessible directly from the building. Coffee and tea were provided, which was a nice touch. The apartment was clean and felt safe, even though ventilation was a bit of an issue due to the ground-floor location.
The windows had shutters, and the street outside was quiet with very little traffic, which helped with privacy and noise. The apartment is fairly close to the city center, making it a good base for exploring Orléans.
Clear and precise check-in instructions made everything easy. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for a multi-day stay.

Bien situé (10min à pied du centre ville)
Immeuble calme.
Récupéreration des clefs très simple grâce à la vidéo.
Température agréable à notre arrivée.
Place de parking en sous sol.
Équipement.
Je n'ai pas réussi à mettre le radiateur de la salle de bain en fonction.
Canapé taché, pas sûr qu'il soit régulièrement shampouiné.
