Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, and a washing machine. The apartment is furnished with older furniture and features a private balcony, perfect for relaxing evenings. You enjoy a beautiful view over the community and can experience wonderful sunsets. Public transport is within walking distance, but some elevation must be covered. Free parking is available on the street nearby.
