About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 80 m² house in Langrolay-sur-Rance, less than a kilometre from the River Rance, to rent for up to 3 people. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 1,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa...
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A utility room with WC
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 1,000 m² enclosed garden with plenty of trees and sunshine
- A 4 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Langrolay-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities
- Visit Dinard and Dinan, towns of art and history
- Hiking on the GR 34 along the banks of the Rance, just 300 metres away
- Several beaches nearby
- Possibility of swimming in the Rance, pontoon 400 metres from the accommodation
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station, about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 54 minutes by car

- Bed linen and towels included for 5 nights or more and optional for short stays.
