Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 190 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Signes, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 6,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 100 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 : double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4 : two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private, unheated 4x8m swimming pool accessible from April to October. Equipped with alarm and bubble cover.
- A lovely 6,000 m² garden
- A south-facing terrace covered by a bio-climatic pergola, overlooking the swimming pool, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Signes, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Come and discover Signes, Pagnol's Provence. Nicknamed the green lung of the Toulon and Marseille metropolitan areas, the town nestles on the southern slopes of the Sainte-Baume Massif, overlooking the Provencal basin that stretches from Cassis to Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer. The heart of Signes is dotted with squares steeped in history, calades, fountains and wash-houses. You can also take advantage of the town's exceptional religious heritage, as it was long the property and holiday resort of the bishops of Marseille. There are plenty of activities on offer: golf, paintball, horse-riding, go-karting, accrobranche (tree climbing), hiking, visits to the Var vineyards, the medieval village of Le Castellet...
If you love the sea, you're just a 30-minute drive from the Mediterranean and all the water sports it has to offer!
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. A car is essential.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Cyr - Les Lecques station, approximately 24 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport, about 55 minutes away by car.
