We’re delighted to share our 100+ year-old home with you. We’ve added modern conveniences while preserving its unique character—we like to call that charm!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

📃 Rental Agreement: A rental contract will be signed online after booking. Happy to share a sample in advance if you’d like.

🔊 City Sounds: Our home is on the edge of the downtown business district. It’s convenient and lively, but you may hear daytime activity and trains
about two blocks away. To help, we’ve provided double-pane windows, white noise machines, and earplugs.

🌱 Landscaping: Landscapers stop by every other Friday, usually mid-morning. They’ll be in the yard briefly but won’t need to enter the house.

🗑️ Trash Day: Fridays. Our team manages bins, unless you’d like to handle it yourself.

🪪 Verification & Deposit: Required only for direct (non-Airbnb) bookings. Airbnb guests are already covered through the platform.
