Stayed for 3 nights at this cozy (and air-conditioned) cottage - very well equipped and perfect for a home base. Very quiet, central location, and surrounded by tall trees and gardens.

The property is in an ideal location in central Davis about a block from the University. It is located in a quite neighborhood. The property is clean and cozy. The proprietor is very nice and makes himself available if needed.

A lovely cottage tucked away from the street amidst a beautiful garden retreat. The location was great with no problem parking out front. It’s tinier than I expected but everything is there and it was tastefully done. Don was great and very responsive. If available, I’ll definitely try to stay there again next time I visit my son.

This is an excellent choice for two people. The suite is small but incredibly well designed and comfortable. Don is a gracious and sensitive host who is there when you need him but respectful of privacy. The location is great -- a block from the campus and a short walk to downtown Davis. We highly recommend it to you.
