The location was stellar - it's next to the most iconic spot in the city and made it very easy to get home after dinner/drinks. I also liked that the room had a theme (typewriters) so wasn't just a generic boring hotel room.
When we arrived there weren't any toothbrushes or toothpaste, so we had to ask for them at the reception. The staff were able to supply them immediately, but it would have been better to already have those available in the room.

Very friendly personnel. Great central location. Nice and interesting room decoration concept. Good Italian tavern of the hotel. Overall feeling of high quality of common spaces.
Very dirty window curtains in the room - not washed for months/years? At check in it was too hot in the room and the heating+A/C controller did not work but very friendly personnel helped to switch heating off.

Great locations. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
Very firm mattress meant I slept badly. We were also on the first floor with no wall or doorway between the bedrooms and reception/lounge area. It was quite loud until about 11pm.
