Our stay was very enjoyable, the apartment is terrific with great views, in a fabulous location, very quiet and Raphael was great to deal with, however some small improvements would make the stay excellent, such as:Concise instructions on how/where to enter the complex, collect the key and then to find the apartment. Lack of detailed instructions proved stressful, e.g using the key to enter the gate and the lift which we weren't advised about.Provide the basic necessities e.g kitchen tongs, salt & pepper, olive oil, paper towels.Fix the alignment of the kitchen cupboards and fridge door so they don't scrape every time you close them.Provide more than one large coffee mug.Couldn't find any instructions on how to use the oven.Apartment was far too warm. No instructions could be found on adjusting the temperature.Why are guests having to remove bed linen and dispose of the rubbish? This service should be included.All these things should be easy to fix.
