New construction 2013 “Minergie” in an old building with beautiful façade, 1 double bedroom with large bed opening onto the terrace, living/dining room with access to the 28 m² terrace, fitted kitchen, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ironing board, phone to receive calls, television, Blu-ray DVD player, PlayStation 3, Wi-Fi, bathroom with washing machine and heated towel rail, entrance of the building and apartment with code on keyboard and lift. It is close to the train station, the lake and the shops.

The flat was just perfect and what we were looking for. It was close to the beautiful lakefront. The accommodations were lovely for our sister trip to Montreux. Primary bedroom was very comfortable including a pullout couch. Shower was wonderful with good water pressure. Also took the opportunity to use the washer and dryer. Sardine was an excellent host and communicated well and had flat was set up well. The flat is in close proximity to several stores and coop for groceries and pastries. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay to Montreux.

A cosy, clean and well equipped apartment with a 5 minute walk to the lakeside promenade. Our host, Sandrine, met us at the apartment which we appreciated. She was very personable and accommodating. Having our meals on the large balcony made our stay that much more enjoyable.

The apartment had a great location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station and an even shorter walk to the lake. It was clean and comfortable, and the host was very hospitable and had great communication. She greeted us at the property and was even able to accommodate our early arrival. The terrace outside was a peaceful place to rest at the end of the day, and even into the evening. I would happily stay here again if I ever return to Montreux!
