In the heart of Rignat, this family house, semi-detached, completely renovated, with beautiful exposed stones, of 82 m² can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms. From the courtyard, you access the gîte via an external staircase of 5 steps then a balcony which runs alongside the house as well as a terrace at the balcony level located at the back of the house The main entrance is through an equipped kitchen and functional, a living room with wood stove and the living room which gives direct access to the balcony; a bedroom with 2 single beds. From the hallway, you can choose between the two other bedrooms, one with a 160 bed with direct access to the balcony and the second made up of 2 90 * 200 beds, with a magnificent stone sink. Shower room and separate WC. Electric heating and wood. The plus of this cottage: everything is included: charges are included in the rental price, bed linen and towels are provided. A private garden at the cottage will delight young and old alike and enjoy the calm of the hamlet of Rignat. Possibility of putting a vehicle under shelter, between the courtyard and the garden of the house. Near the gîte: the Loisir de Chambod base and its many nautical activities, approximately 12 km away, you will find the golf course of Bourg en Bresse, as well as the Royal Monastery of Brou. For walkers, the gorges of the Ain and the valley are to be discovered and offers long sporting or more serene walks according to the needs of each one (vertigo trails, hikes).
