In the heart of the hamlet of Rignat, the renovated Gîte Le Perroux offers accommodation for up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms. From the shared courtyard, an external stone staircase leads to a large covered wooden terrace. The main entrance opens onto a hall, then a large equipped kitchen with an island, and a dining room. A flight of 5 steps gives access to a relaxation lounge and a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190). A laundry room is at your disposal with a sink and washing machine, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Two additional bedrooms are at your disposal, one of which is equipped with two single beds (90*200) and the second with a double bed (140*200). A games room gives direct access to the large covered terrace, with garden furniture and deckchairs. Wood heating, heat pump and oil. The best part of this Gîte: the beds are made upon your arrival, towels are provided, and heating is included. You can explore the 200 km long Ain River Gorges, an ideal place for active holidays (vertigo trails, hiking) or more peaceful family vacations.
