The description given doesn't do this place justice. On arrival it was immaculate. The chalet itself has a modern presentation and is very comfortable. There is absolutely everything you could need inside from kitchen implements to hair dryers all provided. Check in is super easy collecting the key, and communication in the run up to our stay was top notch. I will say, the site itself is super quiet so serves as a great base to go exploring and a restful night, but you will need to go off site to get even essentials. This is by no means a criticism as it was exactly what we were looking for, but saying as info for others. Otherwise, the site is easy to find, well located for shops and other attractions, and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering this chalet and we hope to return soon!

That park was a lovely space quite and relaxing hope to return there in the not too distant future and you ladies are so professional and friendly nothing seemed to be to much if help was needed
Nothing I can think of ,I haven't one miner so I don't feel u can improve on your service thank u once again the 3 of us loved it from start to finish

Very tastefully decorated, warm and welcoming. The app provided was very useful throughout.
Very quiet, relaxing ambience, with early morning sun on the balcony. Great location near Ryde. I have been visiting IOW for over 70 years but this lodge is a great find!

Lovely modern and clean lodge which was perfect for us.
The welcome pack and kids activities were a lovely thought too.
The online guide was also handy and provided all the information we needed.
One of our favourite moments was the relaxing and tranquil environment of Carpenters Lodge
