Excellent location for Ryde, very close to the station and Hoverport. Two good size bedrooms with comfy beds, and a nice big living room for socialising.
The steps up to the property are quite steep - not a problem in most cases but worth being aware of for people with mobility issues.
Single glazing and location meant it was a bit noisy on a Saturday night, which could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper.

Two bedrooms and Big comfy double beds, shower and bath, separate toilet with window, central heating as was October and some evenings rainy and chilly. dining table to sit eat, and cooker for when wanted to stay in and do our thing. Plenty towels and toilet rolls provided, Close to eateries and definitely recommend The Alomo , Best fajitas steak ever and soo close to the Hovercraft and the bus station and a small sainsburys but well stocked, bus to co-op and iceland, and town like 15 min away. Be aware there are steep steps that take you up to flat 10A but it's worth the Tall ceilings and rooms in this beautifull grade 2 listed building.
added touch of T,towels for drying up and a bedroom lamp near bed so didn't have to put bright shandolier on to go toilet in night and a rug by sofa/under table to put feet on when laminate cold on toes= take slippers. Launderette door banging early and evenings and buses rattling by but we got used to it after day 2.

Property isn't very clean and dated. It needs some makeover.
