This would have been my second stay with DIN The property owner everything was going swimmingly until he came and told me booking .com had cancelled my booking & that he had a booking or my room. Which he did everything he possibly cold to resolve the problem with BOOKING.COM with no result on their behalf. I the received an email from BOOKING .COM that the owners of serene rooms had cancelled my accommodation & that they where very sorry if this had spoiled my stay and if there was anything they could do for me (they’d already done enough thank you} and that they had already put into motion my ful refund? If it was the accommodation owner tha cancelled the booking then why are BOOKING.COM PAYING ME A FULL REFUND . As for the owner DIN did everything he possibly could to resolve the matter and couldn’t have been kinder he did resolve my problem by switching rooms around which was great . This s the second time I have stayed here and I’m back again in may only this time booking with AirB&B & it’s worked out cheaper.
The property was excellent as was the owner. It was this site cancelling my booking after I had neon there for 3days .!

The rooms were spotless, the room was very comfortable with microwave, kettle, good size fridge. The bathroom was well equipped. Din the landlord was very helpful & polite . I had a very pleasant stay intact I enjoyed my stay that much I have already booked another stay. Which I am really looking forward to.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
