Good location, short walk (good rail bus network,(Doncaster Sheffield etc). basic ,quiet, clean, comfortable,and above all! Tremendous value,( best around) everything I need!!! For a short,(or longer stay). Excellent. Charles.
For the money I paid I could not fault this property, plus,I found the host very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Good value for money. Good enough for a one-night stay, but probably not for multiple days, as the room is small and the location not the best.
The owner is very responsive.
The bed was left undone and the room uncleaned by the staff since the previous tenant left (though, the owner was very responsive and immediately sent someone to come and prepare the room for me when I reached out).
Location; not the best area.
The room is fairly cold; didn't notice any in-room heating.
